Please see below guidelines for our return to football in Donore. We’d appreciate everybody’s cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable return for all.
The road into our grounds in Donore is one of the most congested areas, and couple that with traffic heading into Eire Og Hurling it becomes vital that we have everyone co-operate.
NO PARKING on the Right hand side (training areas 1,2&3) , and parking if needed must be on the left side and tight in (grass areas have been strimmed down ).
On match days the area behind the main pitch (ball wall / portacabins) will be used as a parking area along with a one-way system for cars coming into and leaving Donore. At least one person on match day will be required to marshal cars to parking area. (all will be signposted ).
Each team will be allocated a training area for every training session and this will be communicated to the team group when scheduling the training session.
Each area will be clearly signed and equipped with a sanitisation station.
A coach from each team will be in attendance at least 25 mins before training begins in order to facilitate the measures to enable safe training.
A supervisor for each team will be checking the players as they arrive, so it’s vital that the players/parents use ClubZap to confirm attendance and complete the covid-19 questionnaire on the training invite.
Player attendance must be confirmed and the Covid-19 questionnaire completed in Clubzap prior to every training session. Non compliance in this will result in players not being permitted to train.
All players must bring their own water bottles and not share with anyone. Each players water bottle should be clearly labelled.
Please ensure that players sanitise at the start and the end of training.
Parents/Guardians should drop off their children and not remain in the drop off area.
Only players and coaches are permitted on the training area.
Before & After Training
All equipment used will be sanitised.

We are pleased to announce that, at our EGM held on the 20th February 2019, the committees and members of Caragh Celtic Junior and Caragh Celtic Senior clubs voted unanimously to merge the two sections into one, overall club. Our club name will continue to be Caragh Celtic Football Club.
We believe that this is an important development for our club, and will provide us with a strong base to grow and develop the club in the years ahead. We have a progressive and ambitious committee who are dedicated to the growth of the club and to the provision of state-of-the-art facilities for our members.
We would like to thank all of our members for their continued support, and we extend an invitation to new players (of all ages) to consider joining our club. We would also welcome volunteers to become involved in coaching or managing.
On behalf of the committee of Caragh Celtic Football Club

Our u16 major team finished up their league winning campaign on Thursday evening last with a very entertaining 3-3 draw against Kilcock.
This was a well deserved league win for Hugh Delmer and his team who have finished as runners up for the previous two seasons – demonstrating that patience and persistence pay off.
The lads certainly enjoyed their moment lifting the league winning trophy in front of their coaches, parents, friends and supporters.
A wet but happy coach……Hugh Delmer.
